Telluride Bluegrass Festival 2013

To wrap up this amazing road trip we participated in the great American past time of Festivarianism.

We descended to the beautiful Telluride valley in central Colorado with cautious optimism and no expectations for the Telluride Bluegrass Festival.

Mom and I spent 2 days laying around on blankets, knitting, reading, occasionally doing some buck dancing, clapping, eating, drinking, chatting, hootin’ & hollerin’ and  just having a damn good time. Beautiful weather & exceptionally friendly people. Clean and green!

After Telluride, we headed home through Colorado Springs with a stop for a hike at the Garden of the Gods.

A memorable trip with my favorite lady! Looking forward to planning our next Great American Road Trip!!
